Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania szczepów bakterii Corynebacterium glutamicum zdolnych do wzrostu w temperaturze powyżej 40°C, przy użyciu pożywki kompleksowej do hodowli bakterii Corynebacterium glutamicum, o składzie (w/v): 1% ekstraktu wołowego, 1% bacto-peptone, 0,5% ekstraktu drożdżowego, 0,3% NaCl, wody destylowanej do 100%, o pH do 7,2.The subject of the invention is a method for obtaining strains of Corynebacterium glutamicum bacteria capable of growing at temperatures above 40°C, using a complex medium for the cultivation of Corynebacterium glutamicum bacteria, with the composition (w/v): 1% beef extract, 1% bacto-peptone, 0, 5% yeast extract, 0.3% NaCl, distilled water up to 100%, pH up to 7.2.
