Abstract
Sposób polega na wykonaniu w pierwszym etapie modelu wyrobu (1) z otworem (2) w skali 1:1 i na jego podstawie sztywnej, kompozytowej formy (3) gotowego wyrobu (1). W drugim etapie wykonuje się model rdzenia (4) wyrobu (1), pomniejszonego o grubość kompozytu żywica-włókno, przyjętego do zastosowania na powierzchni zewnętrznej wyrobu (1). Na podstawie tego wyrobu (1) wykonuje się formę rdzenia (4), pokrywa wnętrze tej formy środkiem zapobiegającym przyklejaniu się do niej rdzenia (4), zamyka się formę i wkłada się do niej trzpień, odwzorowujący otwór (2) w wyrobie (1), po czym wprowadza się do niej żywicę utwardzalną spienialną. Po utwardzeniu rdzenia (4) wyjmuje się go z formy. W trzecim etapie układa się w formie (3) gotowego wyrobu (1) i/lub na porowatym rdzeniu (4) wzmocnienie (6). Wzmocnienie (6) jest wykonane z tkaniny i/lub z maty z włókien technicznych i stanowi co najmniej jedno rozwinięcie wyrobu (1). Następnie do formy (3) wkłada się porowaty rdzeń (4), a do jego otworu (2) elastyczny pojemnik (7). Do pojemnika (7) wprowadza się czynnik gazowy i utrzymuje jego ciśnienie do czasu utwardzenia wzmocnienia (6), po czym wyjmuje się ten pojemnik (7) i gotowy wyrób (1).The method consists in making, in the first stage, a model of the product (1) with an opening (2) in a scale of 1:1 and, on its basis, a rigid, composite mould (3) of the finished product (1). In the second stage, a model of the core (4) of the product (1) is made, reduced by the thickness of the resin-fibre composite, adopted for use on the outer surface of the product (1). On the basis of this product (1), a mould of the core (4) is made, the interior of this mould is covered with an agent preventing the core (4) from sticking to it, the mould is closed and a pin is inserted into it, mapping the opening (2) in the product (1), after which a hardenable foamable resin is introduced into it. After the core (4) has hardened, it is removed from the mould. In the third stage, a reinforcement (6) is placed in the mould (3) of the finished product (1) and/or on the porous core (4). The reinforcement (6) is made of fabric and/or technical fiber mat and constitutes at least one development of the product (1). Then, a porous core (4) is inserted into the mold (3), and a flexible container (7) is inserted into its opening (2). A gaseous medium is introduced into the container (7) and its pressure is maintained until the reinforcement (6) hardens, after which the container (7) and the finished product (1) are removed.
