Abstract

Sposób wytwarzania rozpuszczalnego w wodzie kleju samoprzylepnego na bazie kwasu akrylowego oraz glikoli alkilenowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że prowadzi się w wodzie polimeryzację rodnikową mieszaniny o składzie: 40 - 70% wagowych kwasu akrylowego, 29 - 60% wagowych rozpuszczalnego w wodzie glikolu alkilenowego, 0,1 - 5% wagowych akryloamidu i 0,1% wagowego inicjatora rodnikowego, przy czym stężenie inicjatora rodnikowego odnosi się do masy pozostałych składników, których sumaryczne stężenie wynosi 100% wagowych, następnie do tak otrzymanego wodnego roztworu kleju samoprzylepnego dodaje się jako stabilizator izopropanol w ilości 10 - 15% wagowych i związek sieciujący w ilości od 0,1 do 5% wagowych w stosunku do całkowitej masy kwasu akrylowego, glikolu alkilenowego i akryloamidu.The method of producing a water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesive based on acrylic acid and alkylene glycols is characterized by the fact that radical polymerization of a mixture composed of: 40 - 70% by weight of acrylic acid, 29 - 60% by weight of water-soluble alkylene glycol is carried out in water, 0 , 1 - 5% by weight of acrylamide and 0.1% by weight of a radical initiator, the concentration of the radical initiator being based on the weight of the remaining components, the total concentration of which is 100% by weight, then isopropanol is added as a stabilizer to the aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive solution thus obtained an amount of 10-15 wt% and a crosslinker in an amount of 0.1 to 5 wt% based on the total weight of acrylic acid, alkylene glycol and acrylamide.
