Sposób wytwarzania fotoreaktywnego sieciowalnego promieniowaniem UV rozpuszczalnego w wodzie kleju samoprzylepnego, polegający na polimeryzacji i sieciowaniu promieniowaniem UV, charakteryzuje się tym, że 40 - 70% wagowych kwasu akrylowego, 30 - 60% wagowych rozpuszczalnego w wodzie glikolu polialkilowego oraz 0,1 - 5% wagowych nienasyconego fotoinicjatora na bazie benzofenonu poddaje się polimeryzacji wolnorodnikowej w obecności inicjatora rodnikowego, następnie otrzymany klej suszy się i sieciuje się promieniowaniem z zakresu UV-C.The method of producing photoreactive UV-crosslinkable water-soluble adhesive, consisting of polymerization and UV-crosslinking, is characterized in that 40-70% by weight acrylic acid, 30-60% by weight water-soluble polyalkyl glycol and 0.1-5% by weight of an unsaturated benzophenone based photoinitiator is subjected to free radical polymerization in the presence of a radical initiator, then the obtained adhesive is dried and cross-linked with UV-C radiation.
