Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania rozpuszczalnych w wodzie klejów samoprzylepnych polegający na polimeryzacji, modyfikacji a następnie sieciowaniu, charakteryzuje się tym, że 70 - 99% wagowych kwasu akrylowego i 1 - 30% wagowych akryloamidu poddaje się polimeryzacji rozpuszczalnikowej w obecności inicjatora, przy czym jako medium polimeryzacyjne stosuje się wodę destylowaną. Z kolei otrzymany kopolimer modyfikuje się rozpuszczalny w wodzie glikolem polialkilenowym w ilości 50 - 150 części wagowych, etoksylowanym organicznym chlorkiem amoniowym w ilości 50 - 150 części wagowych oraz związkiem sieciującym w ilości 0,1 - 5 części wagowych, wszystkie części wagowe odnoszą się do masy kopolimeru, a następnie suszy.The method of producing water-soluble pressure-sensitive adhesives consisting in polymerization, modification and subsequent cross-linking is characterized by the fact that 70 - 99% by weight of acrylic acid and 1 - 30% by weight of acrylamide are subjected to solvent polymerization in the presence of an initiator, the polymerization medium being distilled water. In turn, the obtained copolymer is modified with a water-soluble polyalkylene glycol in the amount of 50-150 parts by weight, ethoxylated organic ammonium chloride in the amount of 50-150 parts by weight and a cross-linking compound in the amount of 0.1-5 parts by weight, all parts by weight are based on the weight copolymer and then dried.
