Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób biofortyfikowania w mikroelementy roślin żywieniowych, przeznaczonych do konsumpcji przez człowieka, zwłaszcza ziaren kukurydzy, jęczmienia, pszenicy lub ryżu. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że roślinom dostarcza się komponenty mikroelementowe, w formie biomasy z pestek owoców jagodowych lub mikroalg z rodzaju Spirulina species lub podłoża popieczarkowego, związanej poprzez karboksylowe, hydroksylowe lub fosforylowe grupy funkcyjne, istniejące na powierzchni ścian komórkowych biomasy, z jonami Zn, Mn i Cu. Ponadto komponenty mikroelementowe, w których zawartość mikroelementów wynosi 3,0-12,0 mg/g Mn, 12-40 mg/g Cu oraz 5,0-35,0 mg/g Zn, aplikuje się doglebowo przed siewem, a mikroelementy te po zabiegu nawożenia w podwyższonej dawce stają się dostępne w jadalnych częściach roślin.
