Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest system regulacji poziomu wody podziemnej, w szczególności regulacji poziomu wody deszczowej w kanale odwadniającym, który charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera wykonane w obszarze powierzchni nieutwardzonego gruntu (1) z kapilarami gruntowymi (12) w pewnej odległości od siebie: jedną studnię kontrolną (6) z wodą podziemną (5) i co najmniej jeden kanał odwadniający (2) z wodą deszczową (4), do którego zamocowana jest co najmniej jedna przegroda nieprzepuszczalna (3), na której górnej stronie wykonany jest co najmniej jeden przelewowy rowek bezpieczeństwa (31) i co najmniej jeden otwór przepustowy (32), w którym jest zamontowany co najmniej jeden regulator poziomu (33), przy czym kanał odwadniający (2) jest połączony z obszarem wody podziemnej (5) przez przesączenie (11) i kapilary gruntowe (12).
