Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy 3,3'-bis(dihydroksyfosforylo)bifelylu o wzorze 1 oraz spoobu wytwarzania 3,3'-bis(dihydroksyfosforylo)bifelylu o wzorze 1, polega na tym, że do otrzymanego znaną metodą 3,3-dibromobifenylu dodaje się fosforyn diizopropylowy w stosunku molowym 2,4:1 względem 3,3-dibromobifenylu, diizopropyloetyloaminę w stosunku molowym 2,6:1 względem 3,3-dibromobifenylu oraz katalizator palladowy i acetonitryl jako rozpuszczalnik i otrzymuje się 3,3'-bis(diizopropyloksyfosforylo)bifenyl, po czym w wyniku hydrolizy kwasowej za pomocą stężonego kwasu solnego otrzymuje się 3,3-bis(dihydroksyfosforylo)bifenyl.The invention relates to 3,3'-bis (dihydroxyphosphoryl) bifelyl of formula 1 and the process for the preparation of 3,3'-bis (dihydroxyphosphoryl) bifelyl of formula 1 consists in the addition of diisopropyl phosphite obtained by the known 3,3-dibromobiphenyl method in a 2.4: 1 molar ratio to 3,3-dibromobiphenyl, diisopropylethylamine in a 2,6: 1 molar ratio to 3,3-dibromobiphenyl and a palladium catalyst and acetonitrile as solvent to give 3,3'-bis (diisopropyloxyphosphoryl) biphenyl , followed by acid hydrolysis with concentrated hydrochloric acid to give 3,3-bis (dihydroxyphosphoryl) biphenyl.
