Abstract
Sposób dostarczania wody lub innej pary do powietrza wlotowego silnika wewnętrznego spalania, polega na tym, że kierowane z rury wydechowej (2) spaliny do miedzianej wężownicy (5) wymiennika (4) ulegają na katalizatorze miedziowym procesowi niskotemperaturowej konwersji tlenku węgla z wodą z wydzieleniem CO2 i H2. Spaliny te przechodząc przez bezprzeponowy parownik (9), jako opary będące mieszaniną spalin, pary, drobin wody oraz CO2 i H2 z reakcji konwersji, kierowane są impulsowo na elektrozaworze (16) do komory (6) reaktora (7), w której podgrzane ciepłem spalin i reakcji konwersji w wymienniku, ulegają na dyszach reaktora (7) przyspieszeniu, homogenizacji i w reaktorze (4) jonizacji, osłabiającej wiązania atomowe wody. Wychodzące z komory (6) reaktora (7) spaliny, w postaci pary nasyconej suchej, wprowadzane są do kolektora wlotowego (12) komory spalania silnika (1). Instalacja do dostarczania wody lub innej pary do powietrza wlotowego silnika wewnętrznego spalania, ma na przewodzie dolotowym (3) układu instalacji, połączonym z rurą wydechową (2) silnika (1) zabudowany reaktor (7), zintegrowany z wymiennikiem konwersji (4), będącym w postaci miedzianej wężownicy (5), nawiniętej na komorę (6) reaktora (7). Wężownica (5) wymiennika konwersji (4) oraz wlot komory reaktora (7) połączone są przewodem spalinowym (8) oraz przewodem parowym (10), na którym zainstalowany jest elektrozawór (16) z bezprzeponowym parownikiem (9), natomiast wylot komory (6) reaktora (4) od strony silnika (1), połączony jest z kolektorem dolotowym (12) silnika (1), kanałem wylotowym (11). Parownik (9) połączony jest z kolektorem dolotowym (12) silnika (1) przewodem kalibrowanym (15).
