Ujawniono koncentrat kisielu w proszku w postaci sypkiej o konsystencji jednorodnej, granulowanej lub w postaci konglomeratu, zawierający skrobię modyfikowaną, regulator kwasowości, aromaty, barwniki, suszone koncentraty owoców i błonnik pokarmowy. Koncentrat charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera jako składniki słodzące: cukier trzcinowy nierafinowany w ilości 14,7 - 17,3% wagowych i glikozydy stewiolowe w ilości 0,05 - 0,3% wagowych, a ponadto zawiera owoce liofilizowane w ilości 2,5 - 11,5% wagowych.
