Abstract

Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie konstrukcji dyfuzora powietrza do segmentu turbiny wiatrowej o pionowej osi obrotu, umożliwiającego zwiększenie sprawności i wydajności turbiny. Dyfuzor (1) stanowi powtarzalny element zintegrowany z segmentem (3). Jest on utworzony przez górną połać (11) i dolną połać (12), pomiędzy którymi znajdują się łukowo wyprofilowane ściany, rozchodzące się promieniście od rurowych rozpórek podstaw obudowy wirnika do połączonych z nimi na przeciwnych końcach rurami zewnętrznych nośnych słupów. Mniej więcej pośrodku swej długości łukowo wyprofilowane ściany są przymocowane do rur środkowych nośnych słupów, ponadto pomiędzy łukowo wyprofilowanymi ścianami, górną połacią (11) i dolną połacią (12) są utworzone jednakowej wielkości połaciowe części, stanowiące dolotowe kanały kierunkowych dysz o przekroju prostokąta, którego szerokość maleje ku wylotowi na łopaty wirnika.The invention solves the problem of the construction of an air diffuser for a wind turbine segment with a vertical axis of rotation, enabling the increase of turbine efficiency and performance. The diffuser (1) is a repeating element integrated in the segment (3). It is formed by the upper slope (11) and the lower slope (12), between which there are arched profiled walls radiating from the tubular struts of the rotor housing bases to external load-bearing columns connected to them at opposite ends. Approximately in the middle of its length, the arch-shaped walls are attached to the central pipes of the supporting columns, moreover, between the arch-shaped walls, the upper roof (11) and the lower roof (12), equal-sized roof parts are formed, constituting the inlet channels of the directional nozzles with a rectangular section, which the width decreases towards the outlet on the rotor blades.
