Głowica do pomiaru odchyłki okrągłości wewnętrznych powierzchni walcowych metodą stykową i bezstykową charakteryzuje się tym, że na korpusie (1) zamocowany jest czujnik stykowy (2) oraz optoelektroniczny czujnik bezstykowy (3), natomiast końcówki podporowe prawa (4) i lewa (9) zamocowane są do korpusu (1), z kolei korpus (1) zamocowany jest do platformy górnej, a platforma górna usytuowana jest przesuwnie, na platformie dolnej (6), która zamocowana jest prostopadle w stosunku do platformy górnej, natomiast platforma dolna (6) zamocowana jest przesuwnie na podstawie (7), na której osadzony jest siłownik pneumatyczny (8), wymuszający jednoczesny przesuw platformy dolnej (6) oraz korpusu (1).The head for measuring the deviation of roundness of inner cylindrical surfaces by contact and contactless methods is characterized by the fact that the body (1) has a contact sensor (2) and an optoelectronic contactless sensor (3), while the support terminals right (4) and left (9) are attached are to the body (1), in turn the body (1) is attached to the upper platform, and the upper platform is slidingly positioned on the lower platform (6), which is attached perpendicular to the upper platform, while the lower platform (6) it slides on the base (7) on which the pneumatic cylinder (8) is mounted, forcing the lower platform (6) and the body (1) to move simultaneously.
