Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania lepiszcza asfaltowego charakteryzuje się tym, że do rozdrobnionej gumy w ilości od 15% do 18% m/m dodaje się olej roślinny w ilości od 0,5% do 5% m/m i miesza się do uzyskania jednorodnej mieszaniny. Mieszaninę pozostawia się w temperaturze od 15°C do 30°C w zamkniętym reaktorze na okres od 18 do 26 godzin, a po tym czasie mieszaninę o temperaturze od 15°C do 85°C dodaje się do asfaltu użytego w ilości od 70% do 90% m/m, po czym całość miesza się do ujednorodnienia, korzystnie w temperaturze od 180°C do 200°C.The method of producing asphalt binder is characterized in that vegetable oil in an amount of 0.5% to 5% m / m is added to the crushed rubber in an amount of 15% to 18% m / m and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixture is left at 15 ° C to 30 ° C in a closed reactor for 18 to 26 hours, after which time the mixture at 15 ° C to 85 ° C is added to asphalt used in an amount of 70% to 90% m / m, after which the whole is mixed until homogeneous, preferably at a temperature of 180 ° C to 200 ° C.
