Abstract
Konstrukcja składająca się z warstwy ścieralnej (1) na bazie mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej układanej na gorąco, warstwy wiążącej (2) z mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej układanej na gorąco o uziarnieniu ciągłym, podbudowy pomocniczej (4) i warstwy przeciwspękaniowej (3) na bazie mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej o uziarnieniu ciągłym lub nieciągłym, układanej na gorąco na podbudowie pomocniczej (4), charakteryzuje tym, że warstwa przeciwspękaniowa (3) jest wykonana z mieszanki mineralno-asfaltowej z dodatkiem lepiszcza gumowo-asfaltowego w postaci jednorodnej mieszaniny asfaltu modyfikowanego mieszanką stabilizowanej termicznie gumy z plastyfikatorem olejowym, z udziałem objętościowym od 70 do 90% asfaltu i od 15 do 18% plastyfikowanej olejem gumy, przy czym grubość h2 warstwy wiążącej (2) wynosi od 3 do 5 krotności grubości h1 warstwy ścieralnej (1), a grubość h3 warstwy przeciwspękaniowej (3) wynosi od 0,2 do 0,5 grubości h2 warstwy wiążącej (2).Structure consisting of wearing course (1) based on hot-laid asphalt mix, bonding layer (2) of hot-laid asphalt mix, continuous graining, auxiliary foundation (4) and anti-cracking layer (3) based on the mix asphalt with continuous or discontinuous graining, hot laid on the auxiliary foundation (4), characterized by the fact that the anti-cracking layer (3) is made of an asphalt mix with the addition of a rubber asphalt binder in the form of a homogeneous asphalt mixture modified with a thermally stabilized mixture rubber with an oil plasticizer, with a volume proportion of 70 to 90% of asphalt and 15 to 18% of oil-plasticized rubber, where the thickness h2 of the tie layer (2) is 3 to 5 times the thickness h1 of the wearing layer (1) and the thickness h3 the anti-cracking layer (3) is from 0.2 to 0.5 thickness h2 of the tie layer (2).
