Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest kwas 2,6-di(imidazo-1-yl)heksanowy przedstawiony wzorem 1. Wynalazek ujawnia również sposób wytwarzania kwasu 2,6-di(imidazo-1-yl)heksanowego o wzorze 1 charakteryzujący się tym, że lizynę poddaje się reakcji z co najmniej dwiema częściami glioksalu, co najmniej dwiema częściami amoniaku i co najmniej dwiema częściami formaldehydu oraz z co najmniej jedną częścią zasady, przy czym reakcję prowadzi się w temperaturze 298-373 K w roztworze wodnym, aż do przereagowania substratów, po czym z mieszaniny usuwa się wszystkie lotne składniki przez destylację pod zmniejszonym ciśnieniem i otrzymuje się kwas 2,6-di(imidazo-1-yl)heksanowy, korzystnie w formie soli sodowej.The present invention relates to 2,6-di (imidazo-1-yl) hexanoic acid represented by formula 1. The invention also discloses a method of producing 2,6-di (imidazo-1-yl) hexanoic acid of formula 1 characterized in that lysine is subjected to react with at least two parts of glyoxal, at least two parts of ammonia and at least two parts of formaldehyde, and with at least one part of base, the reaction being carried out at a temperature of 298-373 K in aqueous solution until the reactants react, after which all volatile components are removed from the mixture by distillation under reduced pressure to give 2,6-di (imidazo-1-yl) hexanoic acid, preferably in the form of the sodium salt.
