Abstract

Układ urządzeń do produkcji kruszyw nieforemnych składający się z co najmniej jednej kruszarki (3), która poprzez wibracyjny przesiewacz wielopokładowy (4) połączona jest z wibracyjnym przesiewaczem jednopokładowym (14) wyposażonym w sekcje (10, 11, 12, i 13) w postaci sit szczelinowych posiadających leje zsypowe oraz zbiorczą rynnę (15). Każdy pokład (5, 6, 7, 8) wibracyjnego przesiewacza wielopokładowego (4) usytuowany poniżej górnego pokładu (9), połączony jest nitką transportową z odpowiednimi sekcjami (10, 11, 12 i 13) wibracyjnego przesiewacza jednopokładowego (14). Zbiorcza rynna (15) wibracyjnego przesiewacza jednopokładowego (14) oraz górny pokład (9) wibracyjnego przesiewacza wielopokładowego (4) połączone są zwrotnie za pomocą nitek transportowych z wibracyjnym przesiewaczem wielopokładowym (4) poprzez dodatkową kruszarkę (16).
