Abstract
Sposób podniesienia trwałości lub regeneracji walca hutniczego polega na tym, że na przynajmniej części co najmniej jednej powierzchni roboczej (b) walca (1), nachylonej pod kątem mniejszym niż 30° w stosunku do osi obrotu (3) walca (1), wykonuje się powłokę trudnościeralną (2) poprzez natryśnięcie metodą natrysku cieplnego co najmniej jednej warstwy z materiału, zawierającego węglik wolframu i/lub węglik chromu, korzystnie w osnowie kobaltu i/lub chromu i/lub niklu, o łącznej grubości do 3 mm, korzystnie od 0,03 mm do 0,8 mm, oraz na przynajmniej części co najmniej jednej powierzchni roboczej (a) walca (1), nachylonej pod kątem większym niż 45° w stosunku do osi obrotu (3) walca (1), wykonuje się powłokę trudnościeralną (4) poprzez napawanie, korzystnie napawanie laserowe, co najmniej jednej warstwy materiału trudnościeralnego o łącznej grubości od 0,2 mm do 5 mm, korzystnie od 1,2 mm do 2,5 mm i twardości co najmniej 5 HRC, korzystnie 10 - 20 HRC, większej od twardości materiału walca (1), przy czym grubość nakładanej powłoki trudnościeralnej (4) na powierzchniach (a) jest co najmniej o 20% większa, korzystnie 4 - 6 razy większa od średniej grubości powłoki trudnościeralnej (2) na powierzchniach (b).The method of increasing the durability or regeneration of a metallurgical roll consists in the following: wear-resistant coating (2) by spraying at least one layer of material containing tungsten carbide and/or chromium carbide, preferably in a cobalt and/or chromium and/or nickel matrix, with a total thickness of up to 3 mm, preferably from 0, 03 mm to 0.8 mm, and on at least part of at least one working surface (a) of the cylinder (1), inclined at an angle greater than 45° in relation to the axis of rotation (3) of the cylinder (1), an abrasion-resistant coating is applied ( 4) by surfacing, preferably laser surfacing, of at least one layer of wear-resistant material with a total thickness of 0.2 mm to 5 mm, preferably from 1.2 mm to 2.5 mm and a hardness of at least 5 HRC, preferably 10 - 20 HRC , greater than the hardness of the material of the cylinder (1), and the thickness of the applied abrasion-resistant coating (4) on surfaces (a) is at least 20% greater, preferably 4 - 6 times greater than the average thickness of the abrasion-resistant coating (2) on surfaces (b ).
