Abstract
Sposób rozkładu termicznego odpadów elastomerowych, zwłaszcza opon, polega na tym, że rozkład termiczny prowadzi się w ogrzewanym przeponowo reaktorze o poziomej osi obrotu z ruchomym złożem w temperaturze 320 - 400°C i pod ciśnieniem w zakresie między ciśnieniem atmosferycznym a nadciśnieniem do 0,5 bar, przy czym do reaktora przy załadunku odpadów dodaje się najcięższą frakcję ciekłą z układu separacji produktów w ilości ok. 0,2 - 0,5% masy odpadów oraz taką samą ilość wody. Instalacja do realizacji sposobu rozkładu termicznego odpadów elastomerowych, zwłaszcza opon, zawiera obrotowy stalowy reaktor (1) całkowicie zabudowany w izolowanym termicznie płaszczu (2), separator produktów (13) i korzystnie układ skraplania frakcji olejowych zawierający 2 - 4 ukośnie ustawionych wymienników ciepła (15), układ płuczek (16, 17, 18), zbiorniki na uzyskany olej (21, 22). Korzystnie we wnętrzu reaktora znajduje się kołnierz śrubowy (26) (spiralny pas zgarniający/ przemieszczający wsad).
