Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sekcja robocza do pasowej uprawy gleby i wysiewu nawozów, przeznaczona do głębokiego spulchniania gleby dla aplikacji nawozów podczas uprawy roślin. Sekcja robocza zawiera: zbiornik nawozu z aparatem wysiewającym, krój tarczowy, obrotowe gwiazdy palcowe, ząb z przewodem wysiewającym nawóz, obrotowe tarcze talerzowe, wał strunowy, które są połączone z korpusem wyposażonym w koła jezdne. Korpus (8) zawiera belkę przednią (13) i belkę tylną (26) połączone ze sobą przegubem płaskim. Ponadto belka przednia (13) zaopatrzona jest w usytuowane pionowo ramię zakończone uchwytem z osadzonym trzpieniem, połączonym z jednym końcem płytkowego resora (28), natomiast drugi koniec płytkowego resora (28) połączony jest trzpieniem z drugim końcem łącznika (31) zaopatrzonego w boczne ramię, w które wkręcana jest śruba (33) do regulacji napięcia resoru, natomiast drugi koniec łącznika (31) osadzony jest za pomocą śrub (29) w belce tylnej (26). Jednocześnie belka tylna (26) również połączona jest z resorem (28) zamocowanym za pomocą śruby (29), sworzni (40) i łącznika (31) wyposażonego w boczne ramię ze śrubą (33) napinającą resor (28), a w uchwycie osadzonym w belce przedniej (13) są zamocowane sworznie trzonków (23) z obrotowymi gwiazdami palcowymi (4), natomiast do płyty przykręcone są uchwyty, w których śrubami (40) zamocowane są trzonki (41) z obrotowymi tarczami talerzowymi (6). The working section includes: a fertilizer tank with a sowing device, a disc coulter, rotating finger stars, a tooth with a fertilizer sowing tube, rotating disc discs, a string roller, which are connected to the body equipped with road wheels. The body (8) includes a front beam (13) and a rear beam (26) connected to each other by a flat joint. Moreover, the front beam (13) is equipped with a vertically located arm ending with a handle with an embedded pin, connected to one end of the leaf spring (28), while the other end of the leaf spring (28) is connected with a pin to the other end of the connector (31) equipped with a side arm. , into which the screw (33) is screwed to adjust the spring tension, while the other end of the connector (31) is mounted with screws (29) in the rear beam (26). At the same time, the rear beam (26) is also connected to the spring (28) mounted with a screw (29), pins (40) and a connector (31) equipped with a side arm with a screw (33) tensioning the spring (28), and in a handle mounted in the front beam (13) is equipped with shaft pins (23) with rotating finger stars (4), while the handles are screwed to the plate, in which the shafts (41) with rotating discs (6) are attached with screws (40). A tooth (5) with a tubular conduit (12) is screwed to the rear beam (26), and a shaft with a string roller (7) is attached to the rear part of the rear beam (26).
