Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób sanitaryzacji oraz obniżania pozostałości pestycydów w materiale roślinnym w procesie suszenia oraz urządzenie do realizacji tego sposobu z wykorzystaniem atmosfery ozonowej. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób sanitaryzacji oraz obniżenia pozostałości pestycydów w materiale roślinnym w procesie suszenia z wykorzystaniem atmosfery ozonowej, który charakteryzuje się tym, że w pierwszym etapie suszenia prowadzi się go w temperaturze otoczenia w obiegu zamkniętym czynnika suszącego, który stanowi mieszanina powietrza z ozonem o stężeniu do 30 ppm, przez co najmniej 1 godzinę, po czym otwiera się obieg poprzez połączenie przestrzeni komory z suszonym materiałem roślinnym z otoczeniem i prowadzi się dalszy proces suszenia znanymi sposobami według wymagań danego materiału. Z kolei urządzenie do realizacji wyżej przedstawionego sposobu sanitaryzacji zawierające komorę (1) z osprzętem pomiarowym, pompę (4) powietrza, nagrzewnicę (3) oraz rurociąg (2) łączący je z komorą (1), charakteryzuje się tym, że z rurociągiem (2) łączącym komorę (1) z nagrzewnicą (3) i pompą (4) połączony jest przewód rurowy (5) z zaworem (6) doprowadzający ozon, jak również pompa (4) powietrza poprzez przewód rurowy (7) z trójdrożnym zaworem (8) połączona jest bezpośrednio z komorą (7) i otoczeniem.The subject of the invention is a method of sanitation and reduction of pesticide residues in plant material during the drying process and a device for implementing this method using the ozone atmosphere. The subject of the invention is a method of sanitization and reduction of pesticide residues in plant material in the drying process using an ozone atmosphere, which is characterized by the fact that in the first stage of drying it is carried out at ambient temperature in a closed circuit of the drying agent, which is a mixture of air with ozone at a concentration up to 30 ppm, for at least 1 hour, then the circulation is opened by connecting the chamber space with the dried plant material to the surroundings and the further drying process is carried out using known methods according to the requirements of the given material. In turn, a device for implementing the above-mentioned sanitation method, containing a chamber (1) with measuring equipment, an air pump (4), a heater (3) and a pipeline (2) connecting them with the chamber (1), is characterized by the fact that with the pipeline (2) ) connecting the chamber (1) with the heater (3) and the pump (4), a pipe (5) with a valve (6) supplying ozone is connected, as well as an air pump (4) through a pipe (7) with a three-way valve (8) is connected directly to the chamber (7) and the surroundings.
