Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest bioreaktor strużkowy i sposób oczyszczania gazu zwłaszcza powietrza z lotnych związków organicznych i ich mieszanin trudno rozpuszczalnych w wodzie. Bioreaktor strużkowy do oczyszczania gazu charakteryzuje się tym, że w zbiorniku (1) umieszczona jest co najmniej jedna warstwa inertnego wypełnienia (3) pokrytego aktywnym biofilmem mikroorganizmów i zraszacz (2) umieszczony w górnej części zbiornika (1), między wlotem gazu (4) a wypełnieniem (3), przy czym wylot oczyszczonego gazu (5) znajduje się w dolnej części pobocznicy zbiornika (1), zaś w stożkowej dennicy (6) umieszczone są zawory (7) układu regulacji poziomu cieczy cyrkulującej. Sposób oczyszczania gazu charakteryzuje się tym, że gaz transportowany jest współprądowo z cieczą przez inertne złoże pokryte aktywnym biofilmem mikroorganizmów, przy czym złoże jest zraszane w sposób ciągły roztworem soli mineralnych w ilości 5 do 20 m3/m2h, zaś oczyszczany gaz rozprowadzany jest równomiernie wokół każdego punktu zraszającego.
