Abstract

Przekładnia ślimakowa bezluzowa przeznaczona jest do stosowania w mechanizmach precyzyjnych, pracujących w warunkach znacznej prędkości obrotowej oraz w warunkach wymagań wysokiej trwałości i zmiennych obciążeń. Przekładnia ma ślimacznicę z wieńcem (1), rozdzielonym na dwie symetryczne części w płaszczyźnie prostopadłej do jej osi obrotu. Połówki koła ślimakowego mają piasty (5, 6), osadzone współosiowo jedna na drugiej, i są oddzielone szczeliną oraz złączone gwintowanymi sworzniami (8). Przesunięcie kątowe pomiędzy połówkami koła ślimakowego, składającego się z kół (3, 4), jest wstępnie ustalone współosiowymi otworami, w których umieszczone są sworznie z kołnierzami dociskającymi osiowo elementy sprężyste, osadzone we współosiowych ze sworzniami (8) gniazdach.The backlash-free worm gear is designed for use in precision mechanisms operating at high rotational speeds and in conditions requiring high durability and variable loads. The gear has a worm wheel with a crown (1), divided into two symmetrical parts in a plane perpendicular to its axis of rotation. The halves of the worm wheel have hubs (5, 6), mounted coaxially one on the other, and are separated by a gap and connected by threaded pins (8). The angular displacement between the halves of the worm wheel, consisting of wheels (3, 4), is predetermined by coaxial holes, in which pins with collars are placed, axially pressing the elastic elements, mounted in sockets coaxial with the pins (8).
