Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania tabletki flotacyjnej o przedłużonym oddziaływaniu substancji leczniczych z błoną śluzową żołądka, obejmujący naważanie substancji leczniczych, cukroli, polimerów kwasowych oraz substancji antyadhezyjnych i poślizgowych, zmieszanie tych substancji, wprowadzenie do leja tabletkarki i wytłoczenie tabletek o średnicy od 4 - 28 mm z siłą nacisku od 50 do 100000 N, przy czym substancję leczniczą stanowi związek wybrany z grupy obejmującej: chlorowodorek pioglitazonu, cefaleksynę, losartan potasu, kaptopryl, diltiazem, chlorowodorek chloroheksydyny, a polimer kwasowy stanowi 0,5% - 94,9% wag. mieszaniny, cukrole stanowią 5,0% - 99,4% wag. mieszaniny, substancje antyadhezyjne i poślizgowe stanowią 0,1% - 0,5% wag. mieszaniny. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również kompozycja farmaceutyczna zawierająca substancję leczniczą, cukrole, polimery kwasowe z kwasów organicznych oraz substancje . antyadhezyjne i poślizgowe.
