Abstract
Klipsy systemu Fast-click są łącznikami o specjalnym kształcie, wykonanymi ze stali sprężystej, służącymi do łączenia prętów zbrojeniowych (zbrojeń budowlanych) w zastępstwie lub uzupełnieniu drutu wiązałkowego. Klipsy Fast-click nie są elementem konstrukcyjnym zbrojeń i można je wykorzystywać do łączenia i stabilizacji prętów zbrojeniowych na czas zalewania zbrojeń mieszanką betonową. Przytrzymanie prętów przez klips realizowane jest za pomocą sił wynikających ze sprężystości stali, doprowadzających odgięty klips do pierwotnego, uformowanego na etapie produkcji klipsa. System klipsów zawiera typy o odpowiednich wzorach, służące do łączenia prętów zbrojeniowych w różnych konfiguracjach. Odpowiedni typ może być wyprodukowany w kształcie i wielkości dostosowanej dołączonych prętów zbrojeniowych. W skład systemu wchodzą klipsy typu "Omega", "A", "H", "X" i "S". Każdy typ ma odpowiednie właściwości i przeznaczenie. Klipsy nakładane są na pręty zbrojeniowe ręcznie (poprzez dociśnięcie) lub przy pomocy młotka gumowego. Klipsy po nałożeniu w przeciwieństwie do struktur powiązanych drutem, mogą być przesunięte co umożliwia to korektę ułożeń prętów zbrojeniowych bez niszczenia połączeń.Fast-click system clips are connectors of a special shape, made of spring steel, used to connect reinforcing bars (building reinforcements) in place of or supplementing the tie wire. Fast-click clips are not a structural element of reinforcements and can be used to connect and stabilize reinforcing bars for the duration of pouring concrete with reinforcement. The rods are held by the clip by means of forces resulting from the elasticity of the steel, leading the bent clip to the original clip formed at the stage of production. The clip system contains types with appropriate patterns, used to connect reinforcing bars in various configurations. The right type can be produced in the shape and size adapted to the attached reinforcing bars. The system includes clips of the type "Omega", "A", "H", "X" and "S". Each type has the right properties and purpose. Clips are applied to the reinforcing bars manually (by pressing) or with a rubber hammer. Clips after application, as opposed to wire-bound structures, can be shifted, which allows correction of reinforcement bars without damaging the joints.
