Sposób oceny nagniatania dynamicznego przedmiotów cienkościennych przez pomiar prędkości elementu nagniatającego polega na tym, że element (2) nagniatający wprawia się w ruch prostoliniowy i doprowadza się do uderzenia, z prędkością uderzenia o określonej wartości z zakresu od 0,5 m/s do 300 m/s, w powierzchnię przedmiotu (6) cienkościennego, a następnie w powierzchnię przedmiotu (8) o dużej sztywności, po czym mierzy się prędkość odskoku elementu nagniatającego. Ocenę skutków nagniatania dynamicznego przedmiotu (6) cienkościennego dokonuje się przez porównanie prędkości odskoku elementu nagniatającego od przedmiotu (6) cienkościennego oraz przedmiotu (8) o dużej sztywności.The method of assessing the dynamic burnishing of thin-walled objects by measuring the speed of the burnishing element consists in the fact that the burnishing element (2) sets in a linear motion and is subjected to an impact, with an impact speed of a specified value in the range from 0.5 m / s to 300 m / s, into the surface of the thin-walled object (6), and then into the surface of the high-rigidity object (8), after which the bounce speed of the burnishing element is measured. The evaluation of the effects of dynamic burnishing of a thin-walled object (6) is made by comparing the bounce speed of the burnishing element from the thin-walled object (6) and the high-rigidity object (8).
