Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania hybrydowych związków polianiliny i zastosowanie hybrydowych związków polianiliny. Sposób polega na tym, że do chłodzonego wodą lodową roztworu kwasu wybranego z grupy kwas ortofosforowy o stężeniu 0,1 - 6 M, lub kwas chlorowodorowy, fluorowodorowy, azotowy i siarkowy o stężeniu 0,1 - 8 M, zawierającego utleniacz w postaci rozpuszczonego nadsiarczanu anionu (NH4)2S2O8 w ilości 10,0 - 20,0 g oraz 5,0 - 20,0 g tetrahydratu heptamolibdenianu amonu (NH4)6Mo7O24x4H2O, dodaje się 5,11 g aniliny, przy czym chłodzony roztwór miesza się przez co najmniej 1 godzinę, a następnie pozostawia w temperaturze otoczenia przez co najmniej 4 godziny. Po sedymentacji odsącza się otrzymany ciemnozielony osad heptamolibdenianu polianiliny i dokładnie przemywa wodą destylowaną do zaniku zabarwienia przesączu, po czym osad suszy się w temperaturze 378 K przez co najmniej 8 godzin. Zastosowanie polega na tym, że heptamolibdeniany polianiliny dodaje się w ilości od 0,1 do 5% masowych, w charakterze inhibitorów zwiększających odporność korozyjną powłok wytwarzanych z żywic epoksydowych, farb epoksydowych wodorozcieńczalnych, poliwinylowych, akrylowych, alkidowych i rozpuszczalnikowych dwuskładnikowych.
