Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób malowania, zwłaszcza ciekłego, natryskowego malowania metali, stali i stopów. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że do malowania jako farbę stosuje się zol otrzymany przez zmieszanie etanolu (96%), tetraethoxysilanu (TEOS), metyltrietoxysilanu (MTES) w stosunku stechiometrycznym 2:1:2 oraz dodatkiem 1% kwasu jako katalizatora i dodatku komponentu w stosunku masowym od 5 do 30%.The subject of the invention is a method of painting, especially liquid, spray painting of metals, steel and alloys. The method is characterized by the fact that the paint used is a paint obtained by mixing ethanol (96%), tetraethoxysilane (TEOS), methyltrietoxysilane (MTES) in a stoichiometric ratio of 2: 1: 2 and the addition of 1% acid as a catalyst and addition of a component in mass ratio between 5 and 30%.
