Termochromowy wskaźnik wysokich temperatur składa się z cyjanożelazianów (II) metali o czystości nie mniejszej niż 99% w ilości od 1% do 5% wagowych oraz od 95% do 99% wagowych produktu reakcji dwuskładnikowej żywicy, gdzie: - utwardzacz składa się pentaerytrytiol-PO-mercaptolicerolu - 80% wagowych, N-2-(aminoetyl)piperazyny - 5% wagowych, mieszaniny amin alifatycznych - 5%, fenolo 2,4,6 tri(dimetyloamino)metylu - 5% wagowych, amorficznej krzemionki - 5% wagowych - żywica składa się z epichlorohydryny-4-4'-isopropylideno difenolu w ilości 99% wagowych oraz eteru fenylo glicydowego w ilości 1% wagowego, przy czym pierwszy składnik i drugi składnik dwuskładnikowej żywicy stosuje się we wzajemnej proporcji odpowiednio 10% wagowych utwardzacza oraz 90% wagowych żywicy.The thermochromic indicator of high temperatures consists of metal cyanoferrates (II) of purity not less than 99% in an amount of 1% to 5% by weight and from 95% to 99% by weight of the reaction product of a two-component resin, where: - the hardener consists of pentaerythritol-PO -mercaptolicerol - 80% by weight, N-2- (aminoethyl) piperazine - 5% by weight, mixtures of aliphatic amines - 5%, phenol 2,4,6 tri (dimethylamino) methyl - 5% by weight, amorphous silica - 5% by weight - the resin consists of epichlorohydrin-4-4'-isopropylidene diphenol in an amount of 99% by weight and phenyl glycidyl ether in an amount of 1% by weight, wherein the first component and the second component of the two-component resin are used in a mutual proportion of 10% by weight of hardener and 90% by weight of resin.
