Abstract

Wynalazek opisuje telemedyczny sposób monitorowania pacjenta obejmujący następujące czynności: monitorowanie przyjmowania leków przez pacjenta, kontrolowanie stanu zdrowia pacjenta oraz profilaktyka zdrowotna, prowadzenie wideo-rozmowy pacjent-lekarz i lekarz-pacjent, kontaktowanie się lekarza z opiekunem pacjenta, aktualizacja planu terapii farmakologicznej po przeprowadzonej wideo-rozmowie, synchronizacja planu terapii farmakologicznej z planem terapii w urządzeniu mobilnym pacjenta, prowadzenie bazy danych wszystkich zdarzeń medycznych w czasie leczenia, w szczególności wizyt, rozmów, przepisanych leków, potwierdzenia przyjmowania leków, udostępnianie materiałów edukacyjnych w szczególności biblioteki wideo- i audiobooków edukacyjnych, monitorowanie zdarzeń niepożądanych, zdalne wykonanie zaleceń terapeutycznych. Wynalazek obejmuje również telemedyczny system monitorowania pacjenta.
