Układ do uzyskiwania ciepłej wody, zawierający pompę kawitacyjną, zbiornik ciepłej wody użytkowej oraz zbiornik buforowy wody centralnego ogrzewania, charakteryzuje się tym, że zbiornik ciepłej wody użytkowej (10) oraz zbiornik buforowy wody centralnego ogrzewania (9) połączone są z pompą kawitacyjną (4), napędzaną silnikiem (3) poprzez zawór trójdrogowy (5), a układ sterujący (1) regulatorem prędkości obrotowej (2) silnika (3) jest połączony z czujnikiem temperatury wody grzewczej (8) umieszczonym w zbiorniku buforowym wody centralnego ogrzewania (9) oraz z czujnikiem temperatury wody użytkowej (11), umieszczonym w zbiorniku ciepłej wody użytkowej (10). Przedmiotem wynalazku jest również sposób sterowania tym układem.
