Abstract
Sposób wytwarzania nanowłókien celulozowych z łodyg roślin jednorocznych polega na tym, że odcinki łodyg roślin jednorocznych o długości 10 - 70 mm poddaje się kolejno działaniu pary wodnej pod ciśnieniem 1,5 - 3 bar w czasie 5 - 60 min., rozwłóknianiu mechanicznemu, warzeniu w cieczy warzelnej zawierającej 5 - 15% wag. NaOH w stosunku do suchej masy łodyg, przy module cieczy 3 : 1 - 8 : 1, w czasie 60 - 120 min, w temperaturze 110 - 160°C, delignifikacji w środowisku tlenowym, wodnym roztworem zawierającym 2 - 4% wag. NaOH i 0,2 - 0,5% wag. MgSO4, przy początkowym ciśnieniu tlenu wynoszącym 0,2 - 0,5 MPa, stężeniu masy 8 - 15% wag., w czasie 60 - 120 min, w temperaturze 110 - 120°C, co najmniej dwukrotnemu bieleniu chlorynem sodu przy stężeniu NaClO2 wynoszącym 1 - 1,5% wag. i stężeniu H2SO4 wynoszącym 0,05 - 0,1% wag., w temperaturze 60 - 70°C, w czasie 60 - 120 min. i następującej po nim ekstrakcji alkalicznej w roztworze NaOH o stężeniu 0,5 - 1% wag., w temperaturze 70 - 80°C, w czasie 60 - 120 min, obróbce enzymatycznej otrzymanej masy celulozowej celulazą o aktywności endo-1,4-beta-glukanazy wynoszącej 10 - 1000 J/g, przy odczynie pH wynoszącym 4 - 7, w temperaturze 40 - 60°C, w czasie 30 - 480 min., przy prędkości mieszania 50 - 500 obr/min, a następnie po przemyciu masy celulozowej i dezaktywacji enzymu, wodną zawiesinę celulozy o stężeniu 0,5 - 3% wag., chłodzoną roztworem solanki o temperaturze ok. - 15°C, poddaje się homogenizacji z prędkością obrotową 5000 - 20000 obr/min, w czasie 1 - 10 min i odwirowaniu z prędkością obrotową 4000 - 15000 obr/min w czasie 5 - 30 min. dla uzyskania supernatantu, zawierającego nanowłókna celulozowe.
