Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy urządzenia klimatyzacyjnego, zwłaszcza podziemnych wyrobisk górniczych dla klimatyzacji lokalnej powietrza, mającego zastosowanie w szczególności w podziemiach kopalń. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że ma klimatyzacyjny zespół (5), złożony z usytuowanych kolejno co najmniej jednego wentylatora (1), parownika (2), odkraplacza (3) i powietrznego skraplacza (4). Wylot sprężarkowego agregatu (6) obiegu (7) czynnika chłodniczego jest połączony poprzez regulacyjny zawór (8) z wlotem powietrznego skraplacza (4). Wylot skraplacza (4) jest połączony poprzez rozprężny zawór (9) z wlotem parownika (2), a wylot parownika (2) jest połączony z wlotem sprężarkowego agregatu (6). Urządzenie ma ponadto odprowadzający ciepło wymiennik (10) z obiegiem (11) czynnika chłodniczego, włączonym równolegle w obieg (7) czynnika chłodniczego sprężarkowego agregatu (6). Wlot wymiennika (10) jest połączony z wylotem sprężarkowego agregatu (6) przed regulacyjnym zaworem (8), a jego wylot z wylotem powietrznego skraplacza (4) przed rozprężnym zaworem (9).The invention relates to an air-conditioning device, in particular underground mining excavations for local air conditioning, applicable in particular in underground mines. The outlet of the compressor aggregate (6) of the refrigerant circuit (7) is connected via a control valve (8) to the air condenser inlet (4). The condenser outlet (4) is connected via the expansion valve (9) to the evaporator inlet (2), and the evaporator outlet (2) is connected to the inlet of the compressor unit (6). The device also has a heat dissipation exchanger (10) with a refrigerant circuit (11) connected in parallel in the refrigerant circuit (7) of the compressor unit (6). The exchanger inlet (10) is connected to the compressor aggregate outlet (6) upstream of the control valve (8), and its outlet with the air condenser outlet (4) upstream of the expansion valve (9).
