Abstract

Przedmiotom wynalazku jest mechanizm napowietrzania komory paleniskowej w palniku peletów, gdzie palnik zawiera stalowy korpus (1), stanowiący stałą obudowę z otworem wlotowym (2) peletów, i rotacyjną komorę paleniskową (3), otoczoną cylindryczną, nieruchomą osłoną, trwale połączoną z korpusem (1), przy czym przestrzeń między komorą paleniskową (3), a osłoną stanowi pierścieniowy kanał, doprowadzający powietrze do komory paleniskowej (3) poprzez wlotowe otwory i/lub dysze nadmuchowe umieszczone na jej obwodzie. Rotacyjna komora paleniskowa (3) posiada szereg wzdłużnych przysłon (7), mających formę żaluzji, zamocowanych wahliwie na zewnętrznej powierzchni komory paleniskowej (3) i przysłaniających otwory wlotowe powietrza, współpracujących z nieruchomym pierścieniem sterującym (9), rozmieszczonym prostopadle do osi wzdłużnej komory (3), wokół jej tylnej części, przy czym wewnętrzna powierzchnia (10) pierścienia sterującego (9) ma kształt łuków o dwóch promieniach (R, r) połączonych ze sobą krótkimi odcinkami prostymi i pełni funkcję krzywki dociskającej przysłony (7) do powierzchni komory paleniskowej (3) lub zwalniającej je zgodnie z ustalonymi fazami. Komora paleniskowa (3) ma kształt graniastosłupa albo ostrosłupa ściętego o podstawie wieloboku foremnego. Przysłony (7) rozmieszczone są po dwie na każdym segmencie (8) bocznej ściany komory paleniskowej (3).
