Abstract

Ujawniono sposób wytwarzania kompozytów na osnowie metalicznej drogą obróbki plastycznej. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że wsad do obróbki plastycznej w postaci drutów, taśmy lub taśm bądź folii, będący pierwszym składnikiem, pokrywa się drugim składnikiem lub składnikami o granulacji mniejszej niż 100 µm, po czym łączy się je poprzez wzajemny kontakt powierzchniowy formując wiązki ze splotem, a z kolei tak zestawione elementy będące materiałem wsadowym, korzystnie poddaje się wstępnemu walcowaniu lub ciągnieniu oraz w każdym przypadku zasadniczemu procesowi, którym jest wyciskanie na walcarce posiadającej obwodowe rowki, w których w miejscu pomiędzy walcami, umieszczona jest zamykająca je matryca wykonująca rewersyjne obroty względem swej osi o kąt do ± 20°, z częstotliwością do 50 Hz.
