Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest metodologia wykorzystująca zjawisko sonifikacji do rozbijania długich łańcuchów ligninocelulozowych zawartych w biomasie roślinnej ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem kiszonek z traw (zawartość celulozy, co najmniej 50%, zawartość ligniny co najmniej 20%). Pozwala ona uzyskać wyraźną zmianę struktury w biomasie ligninocelulozowej, a uzyskane badania przeprowadzone z wykorzystaniem tego rozwiązania umożliwiają skrócenie czasu trwania procesu fermentacji metanowej.The subject of the invention is a methodology that uses the phenomenon of sonication to break down long lignocellulosic chains contained in plant biomass with particular emphasis on grass silage (cellulose content at least 50%, lignin content at least 20%). It allows obtaining a clear change in the structure of lignocellulosic biomass, and the obtained tests carried out using this solution allow to shorten the duration of the methane fermentation process.
