Abstract
Kompozycja elastomerowa akrylonitrylowo-butadienowa jest przeznaczona na wyroby gumowe o właściwościach magnetycznych i magneto reologicznych. Zawiera ona kauczuk akrylonitrylowo-butadienowy, siarkowy zespół sieciujący o składzie: merkaptobenzotiazol, siarka, tlenek cynku i stearyna, a nadto napełniacz w postaci tlenku żelaza ?-Fe2O3. Wyroby gumowe wytworzone z tej kompozycji wykazują właściwości magnetyczne i magneto reologiczne. Materiały wytworzone z tej kompozycji mogą znaleźć zastosowanie zarówno w przemyśle kosmicznym czy też elektrotechnice jako urządzenia do tłumienia drgań, jak również w przemyśle motoryzacyjnym do produkcji zawieszeń o zmiennej sztywności oraz medycynie (sztuczne mięśnie, implanty). Materiały te mogą służyć także jako sensory czy też czujniki ugięcia.The acrylonitrile-butadiene elastomer composition is intended for rubber products with magnetic and magneto-rheological properties. It contains acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, a sulfur cross-linking assembly composed of: mercaptobenzothiazole, sulfur, zinc oxide and stearin, and a filler in the form of iron oxide? -Fe2O3. Rubber products made from this composition have magnetic and magneto-rheological properties. Materials made from this composition can be used both in the space industry and electrical engineering as devices for damping vibrations, as well as in the automotive industry for the production of suspensions with variable rigidity and medicine (artificial muscles, implants). These materials can also be used as sensors or deflection sensors.
