Abstract

Sprzęgło jednokierunkowe zębate złożone jest z pierwszego elementu sprzęgła (1), pasowanego suwliwie do drugiego elementu sprzęgła (4), gdzie elementy te umieszczone są na wałku (5), przy czym w drugim elemencie sprzęgła (4) osadzone jest łożysko (2), zaś pierwszy element sprzęgła (1) ma kształt zbliżony do ściętego stożka, którego ściana boczna nachylona jest względem jego osi symetrii pod kątem 0° < Ω < 90 i na tej powierzchni znajduje się co najmniej jedno podcięcie (1a), a w drugim elemencie sprzęgła (4) znajduje się otwór odpowiadający kształtem pierwszemu elementowi sprzęgła (1), ponadto dno podcięcia (1a) oraz jego czoło są równoległe.
