Abstract
Ujawniono sposób ciągłego otrzymywania bezwodnej chlorohydryny etylenowej w reakcji chlorowodoru i tlenku etylenu w dwustopniowej kaskadzie reaktorów barbotażowych z przeciwprądowym przepływem chlorowodoru i tlenku etylenu. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że w reaktorze pierwszego stopnia (1) proces prowadzi się w temperaturze 30 - 45°C, przy stosunku molowym chlorowodoru do tlenku etylenu 0,90:1 do 1,10:1. Korzystny stosunek molowy chlorowodoru do tlenku etylenu wynosi 0,95:1 do 1,01:1. Nieprzereagowany tlenek etylenu i chlorowodór przereagowuje w reaktorze drugiego stopnia (2) w temperaturze 50 - 65°C, przy stosunku molowym chlorowodoru do tlenku etylenu 1:1 do 50:1. Korzystny stosunek molowy chlorowodoru do tlenku etylenu wynosi tu 15:1 do 30:1. Reaktor drugiego stopnia (2) zasila się surową chlorohydryną etylenową z pierwszego stopnia i świeżym chlorowodorem, a niezmieniony chlorowodór z drugiego stopnia recyrkuluje się do reaktora pierwszego stopnia (1), do którego ponadto wprowadza się tlenek etylenu.A method of continuously obtaining anhydrous ethylene chlorohydrin by the reaction of hydrogen chloride and ethylene oxide in a two-stage bubble cascade reactor with a countercurrent flow of hydrogen chloride and ethylene oxide is disclosed. The method is characterized by the fact that in the first stage reactor (1) the process is carried out at a temperature of 30-45 ° C, with a molar ratio of hydrogen chloride to ethylene oxide of 0.90: 1 to 1.10: 1. The preferred molar ratio of hydrogen chloride to ethylene oxide is 0.95: 1 to 1.01: 1. Unreacted ethylene oxide and hydrogen chloride are reacted in a second stage reactor (2) at 50 - 65 ° C, with a molar ratio of hydrogen chloride to ethylene oxide 1: 1 to 50: 1. The preferred molar ratio of hydrogen chloride to ethylene oxide here is 15: 1 to 30: 1. The second stage reactor (2) is fed with first grade crude ethylene chlorohydrin and fresh hydrogen chloride, and the unchanged second stage hydrogen chloride is recirculated to the first stage reactor (1), into which ethylene oxide is also introduced.
