Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytwarzania hybrydowego materiału kompozytowego o zwiększonej odporności ogniowej, przeznaczonego do wytwarzania różnego rodzaju elementów konstrukcyjnych płaskich, kształtowanych, zwłaszcza przestrzennych, mających zastosowanie przy wytwarzaniu różnych wyrobów. Sposób polega na tym, że dodatkowo proces przygotowania gotowego, sproszkowanego materiału matrycy do wytwarzania struktur kompozytu obejmuje dodatek i wymieszanie mieszanki antypirenów na bazie fosforu, azotu, wodorotlenków metali oraz grafitu ekspandowanego w ilości do 15% z dostosowaniem wielkości drobin grafitu do wielkości drobin materiału żywicy, przy czym wielkość ziaren grafitu ekspandowanego nie przekracza 20 krotnie wielkości ziaren materiału matrycy oraz o temperaturze początkującej ekspandowanie grafitu powyżej 160°C, to jest o temperaturze wyższej od temperatury sieciowania materiału matrycy.The invention relates to a method of producing a hybrid composite material with increased fire resistance, intended for the production of various types of flat, shaped, especially spatial, structural elements used in the production of various products. The method consists in that additionally the process of preparing the ready, powdered matrix material for the production of composite structures includes the addition and mixing of a mixture of pyrene based on phosphorus, nitrogen, metal hydroxides and expanded graphite in an amount of up to 15% with the adjustment of the size of the graphite particles to the size of the resin material particles , wherein the grain size of the expanded graphite does not exceed 20 times the grain size of the matrix material and with an initial temperature of expanding graphite above 160 ° C, i.e. with a temperature higher than the crosslinking temperature of the matrix material.
