Abstract

Belka kontenerowa, czyli zamek kontenerowy (1) jest częścią ramy naczepy podkontenerowej. Zamek kontenerowy (1) ma ruchome ramiona (2) oraz zewnętrzne ramiona (3). Przy złożonych na belce (4) zewnętrznych ramionach (3) możliwe są dwa ustawienia zamka kontenerowego (1), wynikające z różnego ustawienia ruchomych ramion (2). Gdy ruchome ramiona (2) są całkowicie wysunięte, a zewnętrzne ramiona (3) są złożone na belce (4), możliwe jest zapięcie kontenerów tunelowych z przodu. Rozstaw otworów mocujących (5) przy takim ułożeniu wynosi 2260 mm. Gdy ruchome ramiona (2) są całkowicie wsunięte, a zewnętrzne ramiona (3) są złożone na belce (4), możliwe jest zapięcie kontenerów tunelowych z przodu m.in. kontenera tunelowego 45 EURO i transport na naczepie z zachowaniem gabarytów pojazdu (naczepa, ciągnik siodłowy) oraz bezkolizyjną współpracę ciągnika z naczepą. Rozstaw otworów mocujących (5) przy takim ułożeniu wynosi 2090 mm. Rozłożone zewnętrzne ramiona (3) tworzą prostą belkę, na której można zapiąć kontenery płaskie z dołu. W ułożeniu tym ruchome ramiona (2) są częściowo wysunięte i blokują rozłożone zewnętrzne ramiona.
