Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób pokrywania nanocząsteczkowego węglanu wapnia warstwą ?-cyklodekstryny, w którym stosuje się monodyspersyjne nanocząstki CaCO3 jako nośnik do pokrywania ich monowarstwą organiczną. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że etap ten prowadzi się metodą wytrząsania, ściśle zdefiniowanego nanowęglanu wapnia z wodnym roztworem ?-cyklodekstryny. Następnie otrzymany produkt poddaje się obróbce w odpowiednich warunkach i otrzymuje nanomateriał nieorganiczny pokryty warstwą organiczną, ?-cyklodekstryny, gdzie otrzymywanie ściśle zdefiniowanego nanowęglanu wapnia prowadzi się przed etapem pokrywania ?-cyklodekstryną nanostrukturalnych cząstek CaCO3. Wynalazek obejmuje również produkt wytwarzany tym sposobem i zastosowanie tego produktu do otrzymywania nowych materiałów, stanowiących nanomateriały nieorganiczne pokryte warstwą organiczną, ?-cyklodekstryną, wykorzystywanych w przemyśle chemicznym, farmaceutycznym, albo do wytwarzania biosensorów.The subject of the invention is a method of coating nanoparticle calcium carbonate with a layer of β-cyclodextrin, in which monodisperse CaCO3 nanoparticles are used as a carrier for coating them with an organic monolayer. The method is characterized in that this step is carried out by shaking a well-defined calcium nanocarbonate with an aqueous solution of β-cyclodextrin. Then, the obtained product is processed under appropriate conditions and an inorganic nanomaterial coated with an organic layer, β-cyclodextrin, where the preparation of precisely defined calcium nanocarbonate is carried out before the step of coating the α-cyclodextrin with nanostructured CaCO3 particles. The invention also includes the product produced by this method and the use of this product for the preparation of new materials, which are inorganic nanomaterials coated with an organic layer, β-cyclodextrin, used in the chemical, pharmaceutical or for the production of biosensors.
