Ujawniono nowy związek chemiczny 2'-O-ß-D-glukopiranozylo-1",2",?,ß-tetrahydroksantohumol C, o wzorze 2, oraz sposób jego wytwarzania drodze transformacji mikrobiologicznej, przy użyciu systemu enzymatycznego grzybów z gatunku Absidia coerulea. Jako substrat stosuje się 1",2",?,ß-tetrahydroksantohumol C, o wzorze 1. Związek będący przedmiotem wynalazku, jest czynny biologicznie i może mieć zastosowanie w przemyśle spożywczym i farmaceutycznym.A new chemical compound 2'-O-ß-D-glucopyranosyl-1 ", 2", α, ß-tetrahydroxanthohumol C, of formula 2, and a method for its preparation by microbial transformation using an enzyme system of fungi of the species Absidia coerulea has been disclosed. The substrate used is 1 ", 2", α, ß-tetrahydroxanthohumol C, of formula 1. The compound of the invention is biologically active and can be used in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
