Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zespół wpustowy przewodu, umożliwiający zasilanie urządzeń elektrycznych, umieszczonych w osłonach ognioszczelnych, przeznaczonych do pracy w wyrobiskach górniczych, gdzie występuje zagrożenie wybuchu metanu i pyłu węglowego. Zespół wpustowy składa się z rozłącznej części wtykowej (2), połączonej z przewodem elektrycznym (3) i części stałej (4) zespolonej ze znanym urządzeniem elektrycznym. Część wtykowa (2) zespołu ma podstawę izolacyjną (22) z gniazdami dla żył roboczych L (13), przewodu ochronnego PE oraz żył pomocniczych (14) i jest osłonięta pokrywą (7). Część stała (4) ma zamocowane do podstawy izolacyjnej (30), z luzami przestrzennymi - wtyki żył roboczych, przewodu ochronnego i żył pomocniczych. Rozwiązanie znajduje zastosowanie najczęściej przy podłączeniach do ognioszczelnych skrzyń aparatury elektrycznej, współpracującej z maszynami i urządzeniami górniczymi.The subject of the invention is a cable inlet assembly enabling the supply of electrical devices placed in flameproof enclosures, intended for work in mining excavations, where there is a risk of methane and coal dust explosion. The inlet assembly consists of a detachable plug part (2) connected to the electric wire (3) and a fixed part (4) combined with a known electrical device. The plug part (2) of the assembly has an insulating base (22) with sockets for L (13) working conductors, PE protective conductor and auxiliary conductors (14) and is covered by a cover (7). The fixed part (4) is attached to the insulating base (30), with spatial clearances - the plugs of working conductors, protective conductor and auxiliary conductors. The solution is most often used for connections to flameproof boxes of electrical apparatus cooperating with mining machines and devices.
