Abstract
Sposób impregnacji tkanin syntetycznych i naturalnych polega na impregnacji tkanin w kąpieli składającej się z 20 do 80% wagowych wodorozcieńczalnego spoiwa, korzystnie wodnej dyspersji polimeru akrylowego lub poliuretanowego albo poliuretanowo-akrylowego o temperaturze zeszklenia polimeru (Tg) w przedziale (-5)°C do +25°C, korzystnie w przedziale 0°C do +5°C, 2 do 20% wagowych zdyspergowanych nieorganicznych pigmentów tlenkowych o wysokiej wartości współczynnika odbicia promieniowania słonecznego (TSR) nie mniejszej niż 26% i nie większej niż 99% oraz ewentualnie 0 do 10% wagowych klasycznych pigmentów barwnych, ewentualnie korzystnie 0 do 20% wypełniaczy mineralnych, środków pomocniczych, w tym 0,1 do 2% wagowych środków dyspergujących, 0,05 do 2% środków odpieniających, 0 do 2% wagowych środków stabilizujących pH, 0,05 do 1,5% wagowych środków bakteriobójczych, 0 do 5% wagowych środków regulujących właściwości reologiczne kąpieli i wody w ilości uzupełniającej skład do 100% wagowych, po czym tak nasycone tkaniny suszy się w temperaturze powyżej 80°C, korzystnie do 150°C.The method of impregnating synthetic and natural fabrics consists of impregnating fabrics in a bath consisting of 20 to 80% by weight of a water-borne binder, preferably an aqueous dispersion of acrylic or polyurethane polymer or polyurethane acrylic with a polymer glass transition temperature (Tg) in the range (-5) ° C to + 25 ° C, preferably in the range of 0 ° C to + 5 ° C, 2 to 20% by weight of dispersed inorganic oxide pigments with a high solar reflection coefficient (TSR) of not less than 26% and not more than 99% and possibly 0 up to 10% by weight of classic color pigments, optionally preferably 0 to 20% of mineral fillers, auxiliaries, including 0.1 to 2% by weight of dispersing agents, 0.05 to 2% of defoaming agents, 0 to 2% by weight of pH stabilizing agents, 0.05 to 1.5% by weight germicides, 0 to 5% by weight agents regulating the rheological properties of bath and water in quantities supplementing the composition to 100% by weight, after which the saturated fabrics are dried at a temperature above 80 ° C, preferably up to 150 ° C.
