Abstract
Mechanizm prowadząco - kopiujący sekcji roboczej pielnika posiada przegubowy czworobok, pracujący w płaszczyźnie pionowej, składający się z połączonych obrotowo przedniej belki mocującej (6), wahacza dolnego (8) i wahacza górnego (7), pomiędzy którymi, po przekątnej, umieszczony jest cylinder hydrauliczny (22), oraz tylnej belki mocującej (9), do której jest umocowany wspornik pionowy (12), połączony z zespołem koła kopiującego (14) i z wysięgnikiem poziomym (13), wyposażonym w co najmniej jedną listwę poprzeczną (15), z zamocowanymi zębami sprężynowymi (16), zakończonymi gęsiostópkami (17). Do przedniej belki mocującej (6) połączony jest drugi czworobok, pracujący w płaszczyźnie poziomej, składający się z połączonych obrotowo przedniej belki mocującej (1), wahacza pierwszego (2) i wahacza drugiego (3), pomiędzy którymi, po przekątnej, umieszczony jest cylinder hydrauliczny (5), oraz tylnej belki mocującej (4), połączonej z belką mocującą (6), przy czym czworobok poziomy jest połączony z układem sterującym, składającym się z czujnika położenia roślin w rzędzie (21), sterownika (20) i elektrozaworu (19).The guiding and copying mechanism of the cultivator working section has an articulated quadrangle, working in a vertical plane, consisting of pivotally connected front mounting beam (6), lower arm (8) and upper arm (7), between which a hydraulic cylinder is located diagonally (22), and the rear mounting beam (9), to which the vertical support (12) is attached, connected to the copying wheel assembly (14) and to the horizontal boom (13), equipped with at least one crossbar (15), with attached spring tines (16) with goose feet (17).
