Głowica do nagniatania odśrodkowego, posiadająca korpus, tarczę górną, tarczę dolną oraz kulki (7) nagniatające, składa się z wymiennej tarczy górnej i wymiennej tarczy dolnej, które w części czołowej posiadają występy (6) i wycięcia (9), przy czym występy (6) wchodzą w wycięcia (9), zaś w występach (6) znajdują się promieniowe otwory o zmniejszonej średnicy w części zewnętrznej, w których umieszczone są kulki (7) nagniatające, zabezpieczone od wewnętrznej strony za pomocą wkładek (8).
