Abstract

Mineral compound fertilizer is characterized in that the biodegradable coating is a water-insoluble copolyester of butylene polysbacate and linoleic acid butylene ester, in which the content of rigid segments formed by butylene polisebacate is from 40 to 80% by mass, and the content of flexible segments from linoleic acid butylene ester is 20 to 60% by mass The polymer layer has a thickness of 330 to 730 μm, which corresponds to the mass ratio of the polymer layer to the total weight of the fertilizer from 0.16 to 0.72. The polymer layer constitutes a minimum of 14% of the total weight of the fertilizer obtained. The method of producing mineral compound fertilizer is characterized in that the core is coated with an aqueous dispersion of butylene polysbacate copolyester and linoleic acid butylene ester with the addition of sodium dodecyl sulfate as an emulsifier. The core is coated to obtain a polymer layer 330 to 730 µm thick, which corresponds to the mass ratio of the polymer layer to the total weight of the fertilizer from 0.16 to 0.72, and the formed polymer layer constitutes a minimum of 14% of the total weight of the resulting fertilizer. The core material is coated with an aqueous dispersion containing from 15.5 to 30.7% by mass. copolyester butylene polysebacate and linoleic acid butylene ester and containing from 7.4 to 15.3 wt.% sodium dodecyl sulfate.
