Abstract
Instalacja do termokatalitycznego unieszkodliwiania i utylizacji odpadów organicznych, zwłaszcza zawierających organiczne związki chloru jest wyposażona w zbiornik magazynowy (1), połączony z układem pompowo-filtracyjnym (2) połączonym z wlotem komory spalania (3), wewnątrz której jest umieszczony palnik gazowy, którego przewód, zasilający gazem jest zamocowany w otworze ścianki komory spalania (3). Komora spalania (3) jest wyposażona w króćce do doprowadzenia gazu ziemnego, pary wodnej, powietrza oraz tlenu, zaś wylot komory spalania (3) jest połączony, za pośrednictwem wymiennika ciepła (4), z wlotem reaktora katalitycznego (5), natomiast wylot reaktora katalitycznego (5) jest połączony, za pośrednictwem układu chłodzenia (6), z układem absorpcji chlorowodoru (7) połączonym z układem oczyszczania (8), wyposażonym w króciec do odprowadzania oczyszczonych gazów do atmosfery.The installation for thermocatalytic disposal and utilization of organic waste, especially containing organic chlorine compounds, is equipped with a storage tank (1), connected to a pump and filtration system (2) connected to the inlet of the combustion chamber (3), inside which a gas burner is located, whose conduit , the gas supply is mounted in the wall opening of the combustion chamber (3). The combustion chamber (3) is equipped with connectors for natural gas, steam, air and oxygen, while the combustion chamber outlet (3) is connected, via a heat exchanger (4), to the catalytic converter inlet (5), while the reactor outlet catalytic (5) is connected, via the cooling system (6), to the hydrogen chloride absorption system (7) connected to the purification system (8), equipped with a connector for discharging purified gases to the atmosphere.
