Abstract

Ultradźwiękowy przetwornik elektromechaniczny o konstrukcji kanapkowej składający się z obudowy, emitera drgań mechanicznych, stosu dysków piezoceramicznych, oddzielonych od siebie elektrodami metalowymi, podłączonymi do zewnętrznego źródła zasilania sygnałem elektrycznym o częstości akustycznej, reflektora oraz śruby zapewniającej właściwe sprzężenie mechaniczne dysków piezoceramicznych z emiterem i reflektorem, gdzie śruba oddzielona jest od dysków piezoceramicznych oraz elektrod metalowych przekładką izolacyjną z tworzywa sztucznego cechującą się dobrą izolacją elektryczną przy jednocześnie małej rezystancji cieplnej, charakteryzuje się tym, że we wnętrzu śruby (1) nawiercony jest otwór, którego dno znajduje się na głębokości, na której występuje maksymalna lokalna temperatura stosu dysków piezoceramicznych (6), a na dnie otworu zamontowany jest element pomiarowy (4}, otoczony substancją termoprzewodzącą (8), zapewniającą dobre sprzężenie cieplne elementu pomiarowego (4) ze stosem dysków piezoceramicznych.Ultrasonic electromechanical transducer with sandwich construction consisting of a housing, an emitter of mechanical vibrations, a stack of piezoceramic discs, separated by metal electrodes, connected to an external power source with an electric signal of acoustic frequency, a reflector and a screw ensuring proper mechanical coupling of the piezoceramic discs with the emitter and reflector, where the screw is separated from the piezoceramic discs and metal electrodes with a plastic isolation pad with good electrical insulation and low thermal resistance at the same time, it is characterized by the fact that inside the screw (1) a hole is drilled, the bottom of which is at the depth at which the maximum local temperature of the piezoceramic disc stack (6) occurs, and at the bottom of the hole a measuring element (4} is mounted, surrounded by a thermally conductive substance (8), ensuring good s thermal overload of the measuring element (4) with a pile of piezoceramic discs.
