Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wysokoprolinowy kompleks peptydowy wyodrębniany z siary ssaków do zastosowań w szczególności w profilaktyce i wspomaganiu leczenia zaburzeń odpowiadających na zwiększanie poziomu neurotropowego czynnika pochodzenia mózgowego. Wysokoprolinowy kompleks peptydowy może być stosowany jako dodatek do żywności dla dorosłych, dzieci i niemowląt jako środek stymulujący rozwój i zachowanie funkcji układu nerwowego i odpornościowego. Kompleks ma między innymi zastosowanie w suplementacji mleka modyfikowanego i odżywek dla niemowląt. Ujawniono także nową formułę mleka modyfikowanego dla niemowląt, o właściwościach zbliżonych do naturalnego mleka matki.
